how can u make colors look so bright? because when i take photos with strong makeup colors, then, u can't see the colors :S i don't know if u can get what i mean :S:S

Since you said you're very curious, hopefully, this might help. There is really no special technique to it, proper white balance, correct exposure and in some cases real light color pop (available in most cameras or software)is more than enough. If you look at the camera data available on the right, while going for depth (it seems) photographer made sure to get exposure tightly-correct on the skin color/make up area and didn't mind a bit clipping for the rest of the picture, like the clothing etc. Obviously it helps if you're familiar with the histogram, too. I apologize if you already are familiar, only giving very general info here. Hopefully artist himself may correct me.
